Several years removed from a major life decision, and I'm still trying to figure it all out. Or am I? For years, it was an eternal strife to choose a life path, but I recently decided a specific direction wasn't necessary. Filling my soul was.
It all started as I was daydreaming of moving to Spain, the country where I feel the most creative. With varied landscapes from green mountains in the Basque Country to the quaint beaches of Costa del Sol, becoming reinvigorated to pursue a passion is easier in this country than consuming those famous, and very yummy, sangrias.
Then came a 3-year old's birthday party. There was cake and presents. Happy kids and laughing parents. But there was something else. There was a photographer getting lost in the moment, not wanting to be doing anything else with his time. That wasn't the most important moment for me though. That came when I showed the family the images a few days later. Three generations sat a table together, smiling and laughing. Hugs were shortly followed by tears of joy.
Then they turned to me, and at that moment, I realized the positive impact I can have by following my heart. That's when I knew I made the right decision to pick up a camera and pursue my passion.
As of now, I'm focusing my lens in Orlando, FL, and I plan on being here a while. I'm photographing children, newborns, family portraits, and anything else my hungry heart desires. If you need my services, shoot me an email, and let's have an experience together!
Why "el Mundo?" ("the World" in Spanish)
Because the world is my playground, and nothing can stop me from capturing it's beauty. I've always been captivated by what this planet has to offer. It doesn't matter whether it's a spice market in Morocco, a local bread & cheese stand in Paris, or sitting in a park watching families spend a quiet day together. It's all about experiencing life with an open heart and a desire to live in the moment.
